The Florence Nightingale Pledge
I solemnly pledge myself before God and in the presence of this assembly to pass my life in purity and to practice my profession faithfully.
I will abstain from whatever is deleterious and mischievous and will not take or knowingly administer and harmful drug.
I will do all in my power to maintain and elevate the standard of my profession and will hold in confidence all personal matters committed to my keeping and all family affairs coming to my knowledge in the practive of my calling.
With loyalty will I endeavor to aid the physician in his work and devote myself to the welfare of those committed to my care.
上面那張圖是新同事SAM前幾天送我的小禮物~
醫院現在新的new grad program要求每個new grad都要輪兩個單位, 每個單位為期五週, 稱之為residency program, 輪完後再選擇最後要待的單位. 所以現在SAM跑去別的單位, 而另一位新同事也在上禮拜開始我們這邊的training, 也是我帶的~ 新的政策有好有壞, 比起之前的震撼教育, 現在的有人性多了~
